Dog Daycare
Daycare That Leaves Your Dog Happy, Social, and Tired (the good kind)
At Pawsome Park & Lodge, our daycare program is designed for dogs who love to play, explore, and spend time with friends. Until our indoor dog park opens, each daycare visit includes supervised playtime in our spacious upstairs playroom, safe socialization in small groups, enriching activities, and relaxing downtime with our trained caretakers.
Whether your pup is full of energy or prefers a mellow routine, we carefully match each dog to the right playgroup based on size, temperament, and personality. And you’ll always know how their day is going — you’ll receive photos, report cards, and even live camera access during their visit.

Dog Daycare FAQs
-
A typical day of doggy daycare at Pawsome Park & Lodge is a structured balance of supervised group play, rest breaks, enrichment activities, and social interaction — with plenty of opportunities to burn energy in a safe, climate-controlled environment. Our team carefully alternates activity and downtime to keep dogs happy, healthy, and comfortable rather than overstimulated.
Structure is what separates great daycare from chaos. A free-for-all leaves dogs frazzled and over-aroused; our rhythm of play-then-rest sends them home satisfied and genuinely tired — not wired. That is the dog who sleeps through the evening instead of bouncing off your walls.
Give your dog a better day than the backyard — book daycare in MoeGo.

Doggy daycare drop-off and pickup are available during our operating hours, seven days a week. For your convenience, we use a dedicated drop-off and pickup area in the alley behind our building. Rather than walking your dog through the facility, a member of our team meets you at your vehicle, safely collects your dog, and escorts them inside.
We found this curbside approach creates a smoother, less stressful transition for most dogs. By separating arrival from your departure, dogs settle into their day quickly instead of getting worked up over a long, drawn-out goodbye at the door. It is faster for you, too — pull up, hand off, go.

We evaluate each dog's play style, confidence level, energy, size, and social preferences during their behavior assessment, then build playgroups based on compatibility — not size alone. Matching dogs by temperament and play style, rather than just lumping the big dogs together, creates safer and more enjoyable interactions for everyone.
A gentle 80-pound senior does not belong in a group of bouncy young terriers, and a shy small dog should not be thrown to the rowdy crowd. We group by who actually plays well together. That is how you get real play instead of mismatched dogs stressing each other out.

Dogs are actively supervised by trained staff throughout the entire day. Our team continuously monitors play styles, body language, energy levels, and interactions to keep every dog safe, comfortable, and engaged.
Active supervision by people who actually understand canine behavior is the single most important safety feature of any daycare — and it is the standard we hold every single day. The difference between a near-miss and an incident is a trained eye catching the warning signs early. That eye is always on the floor here.

Yes. We are open seven days a week, so you can book doggy daycare on weekends as well as weekdays.

Yes. Every dog must complete a behavior assessment before participating in daycare, boarding, or any other social service at Pawsome Park & Lodge. The assessment lets our team learn your dog's personality, play style, energy level, confidence, and comfort around people and other dogs.
This is exactly why parents trust us with their dogs: nobody gets in without clearing it first. It helps us place your dog in the safest, most appropriate environment and build compatible playgroups for a positive first day. Our goal is never to "pass or fail" a dog — it is to understand what setting will help them succeed. And it is included free with membership.
Knock out the free assessment first — schedule it in MoeGo.

Yes. We provide daily report cards that include photos and videos of your dog's activities, playtime, and interactions — so you always know how their day went.
You do not have to wonder what your dog did all day. You get to see it: the play, the friends, the happy exhausted face at the end. It is the best text message you will get all day.
Book a daycare day and check your phone for the highlights.
-
Live camera access is not available at this time. Instead, you will receive daily report cards with photos and videos of your dog's playtime, activities, and interactions, plus updates from our team. If we add live camera viewing in the future, we will let our members know.
Our report cards capture the moments that matter without you having to babysit a video feed at work. You get the real story of your dog's day, delivered.
Reserve your dog's spot and we will send the highlights.

That depends on when it happens and why, and we handle every case individually with your dog's wellbeing as the priority — that flexibility is exactly what membership and a behavior-first model make possible.
If it happens during the behavior assessment, there are usually two explanations. Sometimes we simply do not have the right playmates available that day to fully evaluate your dog's social style — in which case we may recommend a second assessment with a different group before deciding anything. Other dogs simply prefer a quieter environment and do not enjoy group play, and that is perfectly okay. We offer alternatives including solo daycare and limited boarding accommodations for dogs that prefer more personal space and lower social intensity.
If your dog has already been approved but is having an off day, our team monitors closely. Dogs, like people, get tired, stressed, or just uninterested. Rather than forcing participation, we adjust the day to fit the dog — rest breaks, one-on-one time with staff, enrichment, or a quiet private room. The goal is always a safe, comfortable, positive experience based on what your individual dog needs that day. Try getting that at a public park.
