When will my membership start?
Your membership begins once your dog completes the behavior assessment and is approved. After that, you can start using the park immediately.
How do I get started?
It’s a three-step process:
Upload your dog’s vaccination records.
Create your dog’s profile.
Schedule a behavior assessment.
Once your dog is approved, you can choose to drop in, get a membership, or pair your park time with daycare or boarding.
Do I need to do a behavior test?
Yes — we require a behavior introduction as part of the onboarding. This helps us ensure a safe, fun environment for all dogs.
What are the vaccination requirements?
To become a member, your dog must have up-to-date core vaccinations. (These rules are in place to keep the indoor park safe for everyone.)
Can I cancel or pause my membership?
Yes. You can cancel or update your membership before your next billing date.
Do I get any discounts on daycare or boarding?
Yes — with a membership, you receive discounted rates for our daycare and overnight boarding services.
