Work With Us FAQs
-
While our current team is largely staffed, we are always interested in connecting with passionate animal lovers who may be a great fit for future opportunities. Positions we regularly consider include daycare and boarding attendants, indoor dog park attendants, self-wash assistants, groomers, dog trainers, Barkside Café staff, and other customer service roles. We also welcome inquiries from experienced trainers interested in teaching classes, hosting workshops, or partnering with us on specialty programs.
If working with dogs every day sounds like the dream, we want to know you — even if the perfect opening is not posted yet.
Think you would be a great fit? Email your resume to woof@pawsomepark.dog.

We look for dependable, hardworking individuals who genuinely enjoy working with dogs and people. Ideal candidates have experience handling dogs of various sizes, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where safety, cleanliness, and customer service are top priorities.
If that sounds like you, do not wait for a posting — introduce yourself now so you are first in line when a role opens.
Send your resume to woof@pawsomepark.dog and tell us about yourself.

Professional experience is preferred but not always required. We value candidates who have spent significant time around dogs and demonstrate a strong understanding of canine body language, behavior, and safe handling. Experience in dog daycare, boarding, grooming, training, veterinary care, rescue work, or dog sports is always a plus.
Even if your dog experience is personal rather than professional, tell us your story — passion and a good eye for canine behavior go a long way here.

Most of our current full-time positions are filled. However, part-time opportunities may become available throughout the year as we continue to grow and expand our services.
We are growing — which means new roles open as we add amenities. Getting your resume in now puts you at the front of the line.

To apply, email your resume to woof@pawsomepark.dog. We maintain a database of qualified applicants and contact candidates when matching positions open up. Most applicants can expect an initial resume review, followed by an interview and — depending on the position — a working interview or practical evaluation. Dog trainers interested in teaching classes, renting space, or partnering with Pawsome Park & Lodge should include their resume, certifications, qualifications, areas of expertise, and relevant training experience when reaching out.
The candidates we hire are the ones who reached out and stayed on our radar. Make yourself easy to remember.
